Cancellation Policy

Policy plan and the handbook: White Mountain Coaching outpatient and intensive outpatient coaching services, for mental health coaching, substance use addiction, and coaching treatment are provided to individuals of all ages, races, ethnicity, cultures, genders, sexual preferences, disabilities, etc. Services are intended to be a resource for all populations seeking help for their recovery. It is the mission of White Mountain Coaching to promote recovery in every person seeking help from mental health, substance related, and addictive disorders, including those with co—occurring conditions, by providing integrated services with other mental health agencies and supports in a manner that demonstrates hospitality, cultural competency, respect, and offers choices. White Mountain Coaching strive to assist all Client’s in improving social and family relationships; becoming gainfully employed, obtaining a legitimate source of income or returning to school; obtaining healthy living arrangements; achieving health and wellness; having regular attendance with coaching sessions; and achieving freedom from drug and alcohol use or other obstacles the Client may be facing. Payment plan will not include any administration fees allocated, if necessary to each client's plan or goals. For instance, if a client has other mental health agencies involved in their recovery plan, such as Child Family Team (CFT) meeting or Adult Recovery Team (ART) meeting are not charged at check out. To keep things simple, for each client, White Mountain Coaching will allow normal monthly meetings, such as (1 per month CFT-ART or 1 staffing) and/or staffing to occur without charges. These extra charges will be discussed later in the client's treatment plan, for needing additional charges. Refund Policy: All payments are refunded prior to service rendered. If services have been rendered, then payments are not refunded. If payment is argued upon refunding by their creditor, then last payment given will be refunded. A discussion will be done, for further services. New session will have to be paid in full. In addition, to coupons refunded would void the coupon and refund at $25 per session remaining. For instance, if a client wants a refund after using 2 sessions of a 5 session coupon at $100, would only receive a refund of $50. The coupon will have been set back to an hourly rate of $25.00 or hourly rate of services.
